Shannon's Bridal Shower

Objective: Design invitations for my sister's bridal shower.

Audience: Close friends and family members.

Solution: For a family of people born in America, the Pinners are alarmingly British, and we are very passionate about our tea. So, I decided that a tea party would be a fitting theme for my sister’s bridal shower. Since I had complete creative freedom and was designing for such a small audience, I wanted to give each invitation a very personalized touch, with much more of a loose, hand done feeling than the other wedding materials I had designed.

To make each invitation even more personal and individual, I hand wrote elements of the design onto each one using metallic markers.
